Description
The bitumenised car park at the corner of Blythe Street and Lygon Street castes heat and glare upon all who wait for a city tram. It is probably owned by the Abruggio Club opposite but the corner makes me think of what Hell must be like.
I think they might store chemicals under the ground of this car park but surely some trees round the edge might help. If not, could the park diagonally opposite be planted more thickly.
